As well as schools we welcome other pre-booked groups to the museum, including Higher Education, Life Long learning and all local associations.
Headstone Manor Museum is a wonderful place for a group visit, with changing displays, beautiful grounds and fabulous old buildings, there’s lots to see and plenty of space to spread out. You are welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy in our gardens, or perhaps treat yourself to an ice cream in the coffee shop.
There is no need to book to bring your group to Headstone Manor Museum, however if you let us know we may be able to provide some additional resources to enhance your visit. We offer a range of low-cost activities for groups, including:
Guided Tours – a chance to explore Headstone Manor with our expert guides.
Group Visits – a general or themed tour for family groups, societies or friends to book exclusively.
Armchair Tours – any of the tours can be offered as a talk in the Great Barn or Granary for disabled people.
All of the above need to be booked in advance.
You don’t need to book in advance for our Tuesday Talks. Held by professional speakers, covering a range of interesting and entertaining historical topics they are every other Tuesday. Please see the Tuesday Talk page for the current schedule.
